Update README with Linux support #39

Update the README to state that display-switch works on Linux. Add the configuration paths for Linux.

I've been using display-switch on Linux for a while now with no issues. The config search path is documented here: https://docs.rs/dirs/3.0.1/dirs/fn.config_dir.html
