This pull request is a minor README tweak, just to regularize it so that when it discusses supported platforms it always has a section each for MacOS, Windows and Linux. It was a pretty easy guess how to build and how to find USB IDs on Linux given the info for the other platforms, but it seemed to me a little cleaner to list it for each platform separately.
