How to set the `self.tr_dir` ? #1

Hello, thank you so much for open-source your code. I want to reproduce your result, and I have download the “2016 NIH-AAPM-Mayo Clinic Low Dose CT GrandChallenge dataset. I donot know how to set the self.tr_dir in config, and hope you can solve my doubts.
