All .url links (e.g. Steam, Uplay games) have the same icon #281

When using Hain, all my Steam and Uplay games have the same icon. In my particular case, they use the icon of a Uplay game, Steep.

2018-11-10 hain all steam games use the same icon

I think this is due to having .url shortcuts with steam:// and uplay:// that makes icon detection harder. But the app should show the same icons as the Windows desktop in the end.
