Onboarding new users

We would set users as those who would be using the CLI tool as it is (They do not need to build the project to get the CLI)

Ideally, the CLI could be brew-installable/chocolatey-installable (Put into another issue)

Additional documentation that is to be added for onboarding of new users:

• List of commands that would be available
• Quick start guide
  • How to initialize configurations without copying and pasting json/yaml configuration files around
  • How to customize configurations which would make sense for a user

The above documentation tasks will be added as issues at a later date when more features are complete - there's still quite a fair bit that is not available yet.
