Camera exposure control #14

It may be useful to add manual control for shutter speed/sensitivity (and maybe white balance) for Raspberry camera. Laser sensitivity may be tuned in this way without fiddling with light sources.

this seams like a good idea i will clone and add support for camera controls, also i used a visible light filter and a 850nm ir laser line on a no ir cam and get 20x the 3d model res but lost color witch is fine for me
