Regarding the Graftnet paper, a binary classification has been used to select the answer and according to its source code, it does not seems to be a cnn classification. While PullNet paper has mentioned that it is using the same CNN architecture used by GraftNet for the classification. Could u please explain the classification algorithms which have been used in each work?

I am not sure what you mean by CNN. GRAFTNet is a variant of GCN https://arxiv.org/pdf/1609.02907.pdf https://arxiv.org/pdf/1609.02907.pdf. PullNet use GRAFTNet as the underlying classifier.
