Please provide any additional information below.
According to http://php.net/manual/en/soap.configuration.php, there is a 
default soap.wsdl_cache_limit of 5 - which is much less than the number of 
wsdls that we have.  Update README to recommend increasing this number to a 
larger value to prevent unnecessary reloading of WSDLs.
