does the image ad data on base64 shuold work ? #99

im trying to get this imagead to work everything is fine on text ad but on 
image ad i get invalid image no metter what image i use ,
im using the soap by the book , on sandbox !! 

i read in many places that this is not working but all that i read is before 2 
and more years , it will be very nice if it work and i can get example of good 
image ad as soon as posibel
