Update wsgidav to latest version #17

Actual version: 1.2.0 (https://github.com/haiwen/seafdav/blob/master/wsgidav/version.py#L7) Current version: 2.2.4

This will bring general fixes and a security fix related to xml parsing

There are at least the following two important improvements included:

https://github.com/mar10/wsgidav/issues/23: Fix Windows file manager and OSX Finder fails on file names with comma (Jonas Bardino)
https://github.com/mar10/wsgidav/issues/46 Wrap xml libraries with the equivalent defusedxml packages (Tom Viner)
