Seafile Sync Client should allow changing the icon on Linux. #1411

I would like to change the Seafile Icon to a white Monochrome Icon, because it is the only icon in my tray that is not monochrome. KeePassXC for example allows you to change the icon in the settings to a monochrome icon. It would be nice if the same was possible from the settings dialog in the Seafile Sync Client.

We've asked for this repeatedly in #239 and #226. I believe the correct implementation should be #226 for Linux, but I guess the developers don't particularly care.

Yes, it is the only non-monochrome icon now for most users, for years.
