I've been following the release history of seahub, and it seems like v7.0.16-pro just came out today. But all the versions after v7.0.13-pro are not present in the registry. You can try replacing the version number in this command to verify:
$ docker pull docker.seadrive.org/seafileltd/seafile-pro-mc:7.0.13
