To achieve this you have to close the issue tracker and mention it in the readme.

Better yet, screen the seahub issues once and transfer the valid ones yourself (adding a "seahub" label or the like) before closing the seahub issues tracker... Given the current number of issues/pull requests here, this should be feasible.
