Make develop the default branch #140

[x] Switch default branch to develop
[x] Check what happens on the user end on git pull if the default branch changes - we don't want them pulling develop, we want them pulling master

If someone has cloned their repo from master and we switch the default branch, they still git pull by default from master. This is the behavior we want.
