Add current state of the image to app state for recovery #172

Since the user is expected to (roughly) binarize the image on-the-fly, this work should also get saved for backup & recovery.

(Also, start thinking about how to store binarization info persistently, together with annotation. Add an image export? Add a special "background" CropObject?)
