Added upgraded UK/GB keyboard language #6

File based on the new US language file with all the extra key combinations, but updated with UK keycodes.

Swapped the order of the number keys as Q and QUACK scripts appear to use the last occurrence of a key. In the default, this was keys in on the numeric pad which can cause issues with NumLock.
