translations: add french translation

The software is translated in french in src/translation/noblenote_fr.ts

Thank you for sharing your translation. I think that there might be a problem with the file formatting though. Are you sure that you have used UTF-8? I have reviewed another project for 35 languages including French and never had lines like "Les fichiers ne peuvent être jetés". Also, please be sure to use all the text layouts as they are in the original. There are quite a few translations that don't include the new lines which should be there. You can update your translations and notify me here or, if you are more comfortable with launchpad, you could also enter your translations at https://translations.launchpad.net/qt-shutdown-p/noblenote/+pots/noblenote. Thank you for wanting to contribute to nobleNote.

Ok sorry for encoding issue. I have commit it directly from github. I will try with launchpad as soon as possible.
