Further info - If I set the Settings to "Convert to HTML format," I can create and edit notes. If that option is not checked, only one character is all I can enter, then nothing--no changes or additional input. Tnx!
Hello @VE4STG Thank you for your bug report. I can reproduce this issue. There seems to be a bug when the setting "Convert to HTML format" is disabled. For now I recommend to leave the setting enabled (which should be default).
We will carefully review if we need this setting at all in the future and then release a fix on github in the next few days.
Please note, that if you installed nobleNote via the Lubuntu package manager, the updated package might arrive much later, but you can just use the workaround described above.
On a Lubuntu install, nobleNote worked fine initially. Now, when I open a note called "Sprints" I can enter one single character, and that's it.
I have deleted the note and tried making a new note. Any new note will not let me enter text. I can edit old notes.
Any suggestions?
