Underline for checked e-mail in MS Outlook is invisible #241

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2010
2. Compose a new mail
3. Type in a name from Address book
4. Click on "Check names"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The name is verified and indicated by the underline below the name.  However, 
when running with gdipp the underline is not visible.

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1
