Platform Mark #34

Generated target application should contain a mark of the platform that the
project contains a unique "mark" about that platform.

This unique mark will consist of
 * Platform name (or any unique identifier, preferably alpha-numeric)
 * Platform version (preferably alpha-numeric)

When code generation is performed into a previously generated project, this
mark will be checked. If those marks do not match, user will be informed. 

Previously generated files even might be removed in order to prevent conflicts.

Cleanup of previously generated files are not implemented.
