Separate connection to mesken database #59

Currently there is only one HSQL database instance running. If tables for
mesken library are stored in another DB instance, then, application can not
connect to this database. 

Two solutions may be applied:
1. Mesken tables can also be created with application tables (when
application core module is installed).
2. Connection to two separate database instances (mesken & application) can
be performed.

Fixed with r 305. 
Solution 1 is applied.
