IDA plugin.jar does not contain extras.zip #60

IDA plugin does not contain extras/extras.zip that will be unzipped during
code generation. Thus some files are missing after generation.

This should also be fixed with the distribution build script.

Fixed with r306.
extras/extras.zip is moved to res/extras.zip. Distribution build script adds all
resources under res/ automatically.
