Generator does not process templates #64

When code is generated with v0.6.0 - alpha3, output has unprocessed
template elements like.

package <xc:qualifiedName element="$project/packages[1]"/>;

See attached sample class

This occurs due to false taglib id on templates. All xmdl->org.xmdl in 
templates for
taglib references and other several places are renamed. This is a consequence 
of fix
for Issue 49.

Fixed with r412. Will be released by v0.6.0 - alpha4
