Different random values for same attribute #72

Test value generator randomly generates values for each attribute. Those
random values are cached to be used again for consistency. But there are
some places in generated code, that, differing random values are needed for
the same attribute. e.g. sample-data.xml

This feature can be revoked passing a parameter to the relevant JET tag.
