A Global build script is needed to compile all plugins as OSGi bundle and
prepare a "ready to deploy" package.

The build script should fulfill the following:

 - Create OSGi compatible bundles for each project including external
libraries.
 - Create bundles compatible with internal Eclipse build formation.
 - Place bundles under update site structure.
