Hi,

My name is Duc, my job is developer website. I need a Product Advertising API Associate account, but I can not register because I do not have an online shop. I just need it to get the products of amazon. You can sell or share account Associate ?

You don't need to own an associate account to use the advertising api; you just need to input some id into the api. The api injects this into the detailPageUrl as part of the associate tag. Try inputting "foo" and it should work. Alternatively, you can use the MWS API which has many more features than the Advertising API.
