Add Front End User Interface

A user interface should be created utilizing the existing REST API functionality to provide the following functionality:

List of all jobs, the provider and publisher name, their state, started and completion times
Drill into each job to retrieve additional information including job messages and results
Ability to cancel jobs in progress, delete or purge jobs
