bass.h and bassmidi.h missing? #1

I thought about contributing with a Makefile so that this could be compiled on Linux, but it seems some files are missing. Maybe you forgot to include them together with the source code? Or are they separate libraries obtained elsewhere?

They are external libs, and you can get them from this page. Bass lib's download is at the top, and bassmidi is a bit further down.
