This

foo
bar
foobar

Produces the following when used in slides

foo
bar
foobar

But the following, incorrect, output when used in speaker notes

foo bar foobar

It seems like for some reason the GFM rules aren't being applied to the speaker notes. I'm using external MarkDown files.

Still happening with latest version in master.
