Video plays from the beginning in scroll view mode #3672

The same video file applied to more than one slide, plays from the beginning when swap slides, only in classic, desktop mode.

Can you provide more details on this? Preferable a screen recording or more documented details? I can look into it and probably work on it if I get assigned.
