Finalize LLM webapp. #1

The LLM webapp should include at least two endpoints, one for querying a recipe and one for question answering. More endpoints can be included where necessary.

The LLM webapps were completed successfully with the relevant endpoints. The latest version of said apps may be viewed in the streamlit-app-haktan branch.
