specifically, I changed the input from evaluation_policy_pscore to evaluation_policy_action_dist (but inside using the variable name evaluation_policy_pscore)
I also unified evaluate_performance_of_ope_estimators (which returns a dict) and summarize_estimator_comparison (which returns a dataframe) into evaluate_performance_of_ope_estimators by introducing a input variable return_by_dataframe (bool)
