fusion algorithm fails/works on different models #399

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload AC11 model in subproject1
2. upload allplansmileywest in subproject2
3. make sure 'intelligent modelfusion' is active
4. download main model

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect two different models in 1 IFC file (with units merged).

Instead: missing objects; having only 1 ifcProject, ifcBuilding. Looks like 
intelligent modelfusion is a bit too intelligent and fuses things that are not 
alike
