After importing voters and export afterwards, no passwords and pins are mailed - in 1.5.0-alpha

I imported voters form .csv file.
Afterwards, I did the "Export voters" but I ended with downloaded empty
file votes.csv. This should not be, as I have the "email" setting for pins
and passwords. If I edit the individual voter and check "recreate pin and
password", then the password and pin is mailed to that user.
This is probably no fastest way - the batch generation of pins and
passwords would be better.

Hello.  Batch generation of pins and passwords using email is not yet 
supported.  Our
use case when we first made this is for elections which require voters to come 
to
election precincts to vote.  Nevertheless, this will be included in future 
releases.
