Code like 
<svg fill="none" ..> ... </svg> is currently not handled.

An SVG that demonstrates this bug is tiger.svgz found in the 
inkscape/share/examples
directory.

Fixed a long time ago. Note that attributes on the outmost svg element are put 
as options on the tikzpicture environment.
