text style, tooltip title and display=none #30

I discovered this nice converter and would love to have more SVG features 
supported. Unfortunately my knowledge of Tikz is near zero, so it is hard to 
help.

First Priority for me would be to support "style" attribute of <text>

Bugs founds:
The tooltip <title>blabla<title> should not be exported to Tikz
also when there is a <g display=none, all children should not be rendered.

NB: could you update the version number of tikz_export.py that is always 0.1dev

Some of the SVG styles does not make any sense in TikZ (like for instance 
font), but some like text color should be supported
