Handle transformations of line widths #37

When you apply a transform i TikZ it only transforms coordinates, not line 
widths. It looks that SVG transforms everything, including line widths. For an 
example of this, see the file attached to issue 34. 

A workaround is to use the 'transform canvas' transformation in TikZ, but I'm 
not sure if this is the best solution.
