stroke-width not scaled with transformation matrix #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load the file http://www.w3.org/Icons/SVG/svg-w3c-h.svg into inkscape
2. export it to tikz and let pdflatex run over it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The logo in the resulting pdf should be more or less the same. But the stroke 
of the svgbar is a factor ~5 to width.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.3 on Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the stroke-width should be scaled with the same value as in the 
transformation matrix (in this case it is 0.24).

Just have seen that this is the same as issue 39, though I wouldn't call it an 
enhancement but a defect.
