What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instructions how to use svg2tikz from the command line, but there's nothing 
there. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm automating a lot of conversions in a makefile, but I can't figure out how 
to tell the script I don't want a standalone file, but image code that I can 
include into a master .tex file.
