Use PCA and admixture on modern population groups instead of individual modern samples #19

This is for better visualization and comparison with the ancient data

We plotted PC1 vs PC2 separately and pooled for moderns and ancients. We observed that the moderns cluster tightly except for the Sardinians and we observed some difference in admixture patterns of Sardinians compared to the other modern populations as well.
