  1. Follow steps 1-2 from issue 2
  2. Apply model from issue 3 to allow some number of unobserved ancient ancestries.
  3. Investigate whether proportions reported in Haak et al are robust to adding for some number of unobserved ancient ancestries.

We found that allowing some unknown ancestry without explicitly modeling drift is error prone.
