Why Iceman does not cluster with Sardinians in Admixture #9

It seems Iceman and Sardinians are pretty close to each other as per PCA analysis and the Haak Fig 3 plot. However this does not seem to be showing up in the Admixture analysis (both the general admixture plot and our ancient admixture plots). We need to figure out what is going wrong in this case.

After LD filtering, the Iceman and Sardinians are actually close and there is no trace of Yamnaya in Sardinia
