Introduce a unified dropdown menu feature across for the table views (genes, pre-curation, curation) in the Gene-Curator web app navigation bar, enhancing the user interface for smaller devices and space in the navbar.

Currently, the Gene-Curator web app's navigation has items for table views like genes, pre-curation, and curation. A dropdown menu from a signle item /tables) would standardize the user experience .
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Design and implement a dropdown menu called tables which shows the links for genes, pre-curation, and curation tables when clicked.
[ ] The dropdown menu should be intuitive and seamlessly integrate with the existing table design.
[ ] Validate that the implementation works correctly across all devices and screen sizes.
