Description:

There is a bug where the user information is being saved under userID instead of the user array in both curation and precuration objects.

Acceptance Criteria:

Correct the data structure to store user information in the user array.
Update all instances where userID is incorrectly used to reference the user array.
Ensure backward compatibility or provide a migration script if necessary.
