Feature request: Protein networks interaction

Add scripts for protein interaction analysis of the high evidence and low evidence genes.

• [ ] add to subfolder in repository
• [ ] correlate protein-protein-interaction clusters with clinical groups
• [ ] add results and figures (interactive?) to documentation
