Docs: Update figures in documentation #20

This should include current figures as well as new ones.

TODO:

[ ] normalize the figure style
[ ] all figures displaying data from a table should auto update using variables and the newest data source
[ ] consider different representations (e.g. box and scatter plots instead of bar plots for the individual analyses sources plots
[ ] try to have all plots interactive (e.g. UpSet plot of merged)
