Automatic updating of the curation flow diagram

It would be nice to automatically update the curation flow diagram at

edit_docs\static\img\figures\curation_flow_diagram.drawio

using a script and adding the current numbers based on the result files.

The file is an XML style text file in which we can repalce strings.

TODO:

• [x] change the drawio file to include placeholders for all numbers (UPPER_CASE)
• [x] in a script open the drawio file and replace the placeholders with real numbers
• [x] save the new drawio file in a subfolder with the respective date
• [x] for inlusion in the documentaion we could use https://github.com/rchaput/knitrdrawio
• [x] above package can also render/ export in different formats (pdf, png, jpg, svg, ...)
