check_testing() allows you to skip most of the installation procss for testing the hostmaster install only after you've already installed mariadb, nginx and php.

The following modules were added with optional download for each: aegir_backup_manager_ui hosting_backup_gc hosting_backup_queue (we still need a plist to make the daemon run though) hosting_platform_pathauto hosting_queue_runner hosting_remote_import and remote_import
