when using WFS: use instance sampling value as count/maxFeatures when loading WFS #507

also nice would be if the count/maxFeatures value could be changed over the user interface after loading it for the first time

Instance sampling has at least one other mode that works differently. Also, if you disable it again or change the number of features, you would still have the fixed count in the WFS source.

So the only way that something like this would work is if the reader is aware of the instance sampling settings.

Ok, when I used WFS in the beginning I expected the instance sampling value do also effect the number of features that is loaded from the WFS and regularly ended the process because I did not realize that it was loading the whole WFS data in the background. So what I would have expected is that every change in the instance sampling (true/false/number of instances) would also effect the data loaded from the WFS.
