Add XPlanung 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2 as presets to hale studio #799

Use URL presets with the following schema locations:

5.0.1: http://www.xplanungwiki.de/upload/XPlanGML/5.0/Schema/XPlanung-Operationen.xsd 5.1.2: http://www.xplanungwiki.de/upload/XPlanGML/5.1/Schema/XPlanung-Operationen.xsd 5.2.1: http://www.xplanungwiki.de/upload/XPlanGML/5.2/Schema/XPlanung-Operationen.xsd

This icon can be used for the XPlan presets: http://www.xleitstelle.de/sites/default/files/favicon.png

If a smaller or otherwise different icon is required, let me know.
